• Please b ring a thick yoga mat & PLENTY of floor padding (cushioning/blanket)
• Small pillow for your head
• A cozy blanket
• Optional: a rolled towel or yoga bolster for under your knees
• Suggested: an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
• Wear something cozy & comfortable

• Open doors 20 minutes before session (late entry unavailable)
• Seated, chair or reclined meditation is welcome
