The First Salmon Ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 9:30 am – 2:00 pm at Lummi Nation School, hosted by the Class of 2026. This year’s theme, Care for Mind, Body, and Spirit, reflects a holistic approach to wellness and community.The First Salmon Ceremony also serves as our seniors’ culminating project, where students connect their future goals to meaningful work that benefits the community. Each student takes on a role aligned with their interests and career path, building real-world skills while contributing to this important cultural tradition.
