About this Event
Jack and Gizem first met while working in the same kitchen as Head Butcher and Head Baker. What began as a shared passion for food quickly grew into a collaboration built on creativity, curiosity and a love of baking and cooking. Their approach brings together fermentation, preservation, whole-animal butchery, live-fire cooking, fresh laminated pastries and the sourdough they never tire of baking, all made with carefully sourced English flour and responsibly reared British produce. Guided by the seasons and a deep respect for great ingredients, they create food with bold, honest flavours that reflect both their backgrounds and the way they love to cook and eat together
