Overview

Meeting new people can feel awkward, and genuine conversations have become surprisingly rare. This is an intimate gathering where handmade pasta becomes the excuse to slow down, share stories, laugh, and connect with people you probably wouldn't have met otherwise. Il Raviolo is there to help you.

Whether you come alone, with a friend, or as a couple, you'll learn how to make authentic Italian ravioli from scratch in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Along the way you'll enjoy Italian nibbles, a drink, and meaningful conversation around the table.

You'll leave with the ravioli you've made, new skills, and hopefully a few new connections too.

Choose Your Filling
Before the event, you'll be requested to choose either a meat (beef+ricotta base) or vegetarian (spinach+ricotta) filling and select up to two seasonal preferences. I'll prepare a fresh filling especially for you.

• You'd rather keep to yourself than chat with the people around you.
• You don't enjoy getting your hands covered in flour. (It will happen. 😄)
• You're expecting a restaurant meal rather than a hands-on experience.
• You don't like pasta... we might struggle to convince you. 🍝

To keep the experience personal and allow everyone to get to know one another, each gathering is intentionally limited to just 8 guests.

It's a small table where everyone has the opportunity to talk, create, and share the experience together.

If you'd like to join, we recommend booking early, as spaces are very limited.

⚠️ Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for anyone with coeliac disease or a gluten allergy/intolerance.

Throughout the workshop we'll be working with wheat flour in an open environment, so cross-contamination is unavoidable. For this reason, we cannot offer a gluten-free alternative or guarantee a gluten-free experience.

If you have a gluten-related medical condition, we kindly ask that you do not book this event.
