About this Event
Choose Healthy Life National, in partnership with Insulet, invites you to a free Diabetes Technology Wellness Event at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church.
This event is open to EVERYONE - pre-diabetics, diabetics, caregivers, family, friends, community members, and church leadership are all welcome. Whether you are managing diabetes yourself, supporting a loved one,or simply want to learn more about diabetes technology and wellness resources, this event is for you.
What to expect:
● Education on diabetes technology and wellness resources
● Blood Sugar Screenings
● Insulet representatives on-site to share information and answer questions
● Community wellness support and screening opportunities
● Light refreshments and hospitality

We kindly ask each participant to pre-register and complete the pre-event survey as part of registration. This helps us prepare for your visit and ensure we have enough materials and resources on hand.
