Info: Leave the busy-ness of the world - and your shoes - at the door to the studio. Choose your seat in the circle in a chair or on a cushion on the floor. Think about your intention for your Self in the moment as your body and nervous system relax to soothing sound and inspiring Guided Visualization into expansive peace and beauty. If you wish it, receive Reiki from practitioners with advanced qualifications as the room flows naturally into stillness.
