Chin Up Cardiff New Year Reset

Please Note: This session is for those who identify as women and are over 18 only.

Please note, we do ask attendees to bring their own yoga mats and we suggest wearing warm layers as the yurt space can be chilly in the winter. If you do not own a yoga mat, anything that you can lie on like a towel would suffice.

Chin Up Cardiff is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for survivors of sexual assault in Wales. Foster a non-therapeutic environment that allows individuals with similar experiences to come together, find validation, and navigate their healing journey at their own pace.

The session will be held in the cozy, tranquil, private yurt in Paradise Gardens. You can buy teas, coffees or something stronger from the bar and tap water will be provided.

It is completely FREE to attend the session. If you would like to donate to the running costs of Chin Up we have a Go Fund Me linked on our website.

Please be aware that the Chin Up team are female but men my be present at the venue as customers/staff in the cafe.

There are limited places due to staffing and the size of the venue, so we ask that you only book a place if you are planning to attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel and let us know so.
