Charity Soundbath in the Sanctuary of Inverleith and St Serfs Church

Experience an hour of deep relaxation with a crystal singing bowl soundbath in the sanctuary of an old church in aid of 'Health In Mind'.
About this Event

Charity soundbath event in aid of the mental health charity, Health in Mind - majority of the ticket proceeds will go directly to the charity.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided, however you will be lying on the floor so please bring extra padding/pillows/blankets if you need extra support/comfort. Please bring water and an eye mask if you would prefer complete darkness during the soundbath.

This session is not suitable for women in first trimester pregnancy, for people who have epilepsy or have unmedicated biopolar disorder or schizophrenia due to the soundwaves and how it can affect the brain waves/mood/triggers.
