Hi, I'm Emily from Third Eye Yoga! Join me every Saturday in August for a balanced, all-levels yoga and breathwork class in the green surroundings of Leith Links. We'll move through a mindful flow to build strength, improve flexibility, and help you unwind for the weekend.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you're welcome. Just bring a mat, some water, and extra layers of clothing for the unpredictable Edinbirgh weather!
