Let's take a chair to our practice!
Learn a traditional yoga class that we've moved to a chair. We won't get on the floor, so it's great for folks with knee and mobility challenges, those who want to learn some skills for desk or couch stretches, or anyone who enjoys a different approach to traditional yoga poses.
Intensity Level: Gentle
Theme: Gentle, Chair
Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors
Cost: $20
Sensory Notes: Please dress for comfort and movement.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using, and dress for comfort. We'll have some blocks, straps, blankets and mats to share (it's helpful to place a mat under your chair to keep it from slipping around).
Parking: Parking is plentiful and free on weekends on 7th and Avery Streets, and the small lot behind the Artsbridge building.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds or credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
