Join Weird Flex Yoga for a gentle, all-levels class in The Arc's parking lot, for National Thrift Shop Day Yoga!
Wear your favorite yoga fashions from thrifting, or pick some up at The Arc before class (store closes at 6pm). Or just wear what makes you happy.
Intensity Level: Gentle
Theme: Gentle, Thrifty
Indoors/Outdoors: Outdoors
Cost: Donation-based. Pay what you can. Bring a friend!
Sensory Notes: Please dress for comfort and movement. We may be practicing in the sun, but it will be later in the day.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using. We'll have some blocks, straps, blankets and mats to share.
Parking: Parking is available all around The Arc. Please try to leave the main parking lot empty for our class.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds or credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
