"Dark Discoveries" Restorative Yoga

Weird Flex is partnering with Viva from Dark Discoveries Tours, for a very special storytelling experience!
Join us at The Historic Oakland Estate, where Viva will share local ghost and historical "bedtime stories" while Michelle from Weird Flex guides you through a restorative yoga practice. It's a ghost tour. But it's not a walking tour. You get the whole tour from the comfort of your yoga mat!
Restorative Yoga is a slow, restful yoga with fully supported poses (held for 5-15 minutes, each), which are great for rest and relaxation. Please bring a mat and yoga blocks if you have them, as well as an extra blanket (or two), and some kind of bolster/couch cushion/extra firm or double stuffed pillow.
