CESM: Cacao Circle, Ecstatic Dance, Sound Bath and Meditation w/ Vin and Si

CESM is an immersive evening that blends cacao ceremony, meditation, ecstatic dance, and a closing sound bath — all designed to help you reconnect with your body, open your heart, and rediscover your inner flow.

The evening begins with a heart-opening cacao circle and a guided meditation to ground and center. From there, the music carries the journey into ecstatic dance — a space to move freely, follow your own rhythm, and let the body lead the experience. The night closes with a restorative sound bath, followed by tea, light snacks, and time to integrate and connect.

Rooted in rhythm and guided by intuition, Vin creates ecstatic dance journeys that move from deep grounding to euphoric elevation. Fusing tribal beats, world influences, and hypnotic grooves, their sets invite the body to awaken and the spirit to expand. As both DJ and producer, Vin shapes soundscapes designed for full surrender on the dance floor.

With over twelve years of yoga practice, Silvia deepened her path in India through a 200-hour Ashtanga Teacher Training and Pranayama studies, later completing a 300-hour multi-style training alongside advanced studies in anatomy and alignment. She teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin, and also facilitates cacao circles, meditation sessions, and sound baths. Known for her warm, inspiring, and intuitive approach, she creates a space where participants feel safe to explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
