Celebrating Our Social Care Workforce - National Social Work Week!

We are celebrating the whole of social care and it’s our chance for us to say a big thank you to everyone who works in Social Care across our Adults Services in the council. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to supporting vulnerable people in our communities and the contribution you make to achieving better outcomes for individuals.

Take a well-deserved break from your busy schedule and join us for a special event at the New House Country Hotel in Thornhill to celebrate our social care workforce as part of National Social Work Week.

1. An agenda of the event will follow nearer the time.
2. We will be commencing with a light buffet lunch; there will be guest speakers and ending with afternoon tea and scones.
3. The only requirement is that you seek approval from your manager before booking a place.
