Career Transitions Live is a retreat-style programme of workshops, conversation and reflection for mid-career and midlife women navigating change in their working lives – whether that’s a shift in direction, a move into self‑employment, or a fresh start after redundancy.

The day is designed to be practical and encouraging, blending expert input with reflection and plenty of conversation, all facilitated in my usual friendly and warm style. It’s for women who have already begun their career transition and want fresh inspiration, as well as those with a niggling feeling that something needs to shift but aren’t sure how to start.

You’ll step back from the day‑to‑day and gain space to think clearly, build your confidence about what comes next, and leave with a renewed sense of possibility and direction. Along the way, you’ll meet a brilliant group of like‑minded women, share experiences, and make connections that continue well beyond the day itself. (And, if you’ve already been part of the Career Transitions programme, you’ll have the chance to meet other women who did the programme alongside you in person).

The day will include sessions with some exceptional women who have been part of my own journey, covering topics that I know will be of huge value and interest to all attendees.
