From next month, we’re launching a series of short, friendly walks designed to support wellbeing, movement, and connection.

All abilities welcome – go at a relaxed, social pace

Great for mental wellbeing – fresh air, gentle movement, time out

A chance to connect – walk and chat with colleagues

Easy to fit into the day – no kit, no pressure, just show up

Please wear appropriate shoes and outdoor clothing.
