Cardiac Connection is a welcoming and interactive opportunity to stay motivated, informed and connected during your heart wellness journey.

March is National Nutrition Month and Registered Dietitian, Alexandra Lautenschlaeger, will be discussing how to incorporate heart healthy foods into your diet.
