Yoga with Jan

Join Dr. Janet LeFrancois certified yoga therapist and Iyengar yoga teacher at the Gibbs Cancer Center Conference room in Spartanburg to practice basic to advanced yoga with a focus on cancer patients and survivors. Attendees are welcome to bring their own mats, blocks, and other yoga tools to the class. If this is your first time attending a mat and block will be provided for you to use. Registration is required so that we can make space for all attendees.
