Candle Making Experience with Hampshire Wick

Join us for a beautifully relaxed, hands on candle making experience with Lauren from Hampshire Wick and discover the craft behind a truly luxury home fragrance.
In this guided workshop, you will be introduced to the different types of wax used in the candle industry and learn why each one behaves differently. You will explore how fragrance oils work, how scent notes blend together and how to create a balanced, beautiful aroma that fills a room without overpowering it.
With six carefully selected fragrance oils to choose from, you will create your own bespoke scent before pouring a luxury candle to take away. Along the way, you will receive expert tips on every step of the process, from temperature control to achieving a smooth, professional finish.

Your candle will need to cure overnight to ensure the best possible scent throw and finish. It will then be returned to the venue for collection, or you are welcome to collect directly from the Hampshire Wick workshop in Fareham, Hampshire. If preferred, your candle can be posted to you for an additional fee, payable during the workshop.
