Tune into your body and gently release what no longer serves you.In the third class of this 5-week meditation series at Align Yoga, we'll focus on emotional release and energetic cleansing through breath, visualization, and gentle movement.
We'll work with practices like box breathing, body scans, and guided visualizations to help you identify and clear physical and energetic blockages.
You'll leave feeling lighter, more open, and more attuned to your own inner flow.
We'll be sitting on the floor. Please bring a yoga mat and cushion (available for small fee).
