Learn to become fully present through mindfulness practices.In the second class of this 5-week meditation series, join us at Align Yoga in Pleasant Hill, where we will develop the "observer mindset." This state allows us to witness thoughts and emotions without judgment. We'll explore simple practices like mindful breathing, sensory meditation, and open-awareness techniques that help you return to the now—no matter what's happening around you.
Mindfulness is the foundation of inner stillness, and this class will give you practical tools to carry that awareness into everyday life.
We'll be sitting on the floor. Please bring a yoga mat and cushion (available for small fee).
