Calgary Community Qigong Workshop

Join us for a relaxing and energizing in-person session of Qigong right here in Calgary! Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is all about connecting with your breath, movement, and inner calm. Come meet fellow community members, learn simple techniques to boost your health, and have a great time moving your body in a supportive space. • We begin with a joint-opening series to promote circulation, lymphatic function and remove stagnant energy from the body.
• Cupping and bouncing is intended to open the body’s energy channels, promote better circulation, break up dense tissue and increase oxygen and energy.
• The core Qigong movement series connects body with breath, further promoting states of rest and digest, balance and overall health.

For over 25 years, Stephanie Hrehirchuk has created classes, retreats, and community programs—outdoor yoga and fitness, women’s meditation circles, and Qigong workshops—supporting people to achieve wellness goals, nurture their health, and connect with community.

She began practicing Qigong over 15 years ago, discovering its profound value for sleep,pain management, vitality, nervous system regulation, and self-love.

She's studied with advanced teachers including Daisy Lee (Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong), Grandmaster Chunyi Lin (Spring Forest Qigong®), and Grandmaster Mantak Chia — and continues to learn from these devoted guides.
