As an eclectic community, we honor the Wheel of the Year while also honoring real life. Seasons shift, lives get busy, and sometimes gathering a little later is exactly what is needed — and still sacred.
We invite you to join us for a community Imbolc gathering focused on craft, ritual, and renewal, held at The Witch’s Hearth.
✨ Gathering Schedule
1:00 PM | Brigid’s Cross Crafting
We will begin by crafting Brigid’s Crosses together — a traditional symbol of protection, hearth, and renewal. This will be approached with a modern, accessible lens, allowing space for conversation, creativity, and shared intention.
All supplies are provided.
3:00 PM | Community Imbolc Ritual
Our ritual will begin at 3:00 PM and will focus on:
🔥 Fire and returning light
🌱 Renewal and early growth
đź•Ż Hearth, devotion, and shared intention
Inspired by Brigid / Brighid, keeper of flame, craft, and transformation, this ritual is inclusive, grounded, and held with care.
Coffee and tea will be available.
🌿 Suggested Donation
$15 per person for both crafting and ritual (includes all supplies)
$5 suggested donation if attending ritual only
Money should never be a barrier.
If you are unable to contribute, please come as you are — your presence is welcome.
🌿 Who This Is For
This is a community-centered gathering. You are welcome whether you are deeply familiar with seasonal ritual or joining for the first time.

The Witch’s Hearth (AWA Community Hub)
1212 – 34 Avenue SE, Calgary (Bay 120)
Located within ShedPoint
Parking & Entry:
• Please park in the lot on the east side of the building
• Enter through the south entrance on 34th Avenue (main entrance)
• This entrance includes an accessibility ramp and double wooden doors
Inside the Building:
Once inside, you will see a grid-style directory and an iPad check-in station, along with a waiting area to the left.
Please:
1. Locate “Alberta Witches Association” on the iPad
2. Check in using the iPad
3. Take a seat in the waiting area
A member of our team will come out to greet you and bring you into the space.
Doors Open:
For events, doors will typically open 45 minutes prior to the start time.
