Join us for a relaxed and supportive morning designed for expectant parents, new parents, and anyone looking for expert guidance on their infant feeding journey.

Hosted at Zerodegrees Blackheath, Bumps, Babies & Brunch combines professional advice from an experienced Lactation Consultant with the opportunity to connect with other local parents over a delicious brunch.

Led by Jane from JC Lactation Consultancy, the session will cover a wide range of infant feeding topics, including:

• Breastfeeding support

• Bottle feeding support

• Managing over and under supply

• Mastitis and blocked ducts

• Tongue tie assessment and guidance

• Antenatal feeding preparation

• Building confidence in your feeding journey

• Practical tips and strategies for common feeding challenges

We want this session to be as useful and relevant as possible. When booking, guests are invited to submit any specific questions or topics they would like covered during the session. Questions can be submitted in advance, allowing Jane to prepare tailored advice and ensure the discussion addresses the topics that matter most to attendees.

Jane has an extensive nursing background in both adult and children’s nursing and currently works part time as a Health Visitor alongside her private Lactation Consultancy practice. She is passionate about helping families feel informed, supported, and confident when feeding their babies.

What to expect:

11:00am – Welcome and infant feeding support session

12:00pm – Enjoy a delicious brunch and chat with other parents in a relaxed setting

1:00pm – Event finishes

Babies are very welcome, and there will be space available for prams.

Ticket Price: £25 per person

• One hour expert infant feeding support session

• Opportunity to ask questions in a friendly and supportive environment

Jane is a qualified Lactation Consultant with extensive nursing experience and a special interest in supporting families through all aspects of infant feeding. She provides personalised support for breastfeeding, bottle feeding, tongue tie concerns, feeding challenges, and antenatal education.
