About this Event

Sexual harassment remains a widespread issue across the hospitality industry, yet many people don't feel able to speak openly about their experiences or the changes they want to see.

This focus group is an opportunity to come together in a safe, supportive environment to discuss workplace culture, barriers to reporting, and what safer hospitality could look like for everyone.

Whether you've experienced harassment, witnessed inappropriate behaviour, manage a team, or simply care about creating a better industry, your perspective is valuable. There is no expectation to share personal experiences, you are welcome to contribute as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

The insights gathered will help inform The Table Project's future training, resources and support for hospitality workers and employers.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be provided.

This discussion will cover themes relating to sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour in hospitality. We understand this may be a sensitive topic, and everyone's wellbeing is our priority. You're welcome to take a break or leave at any time if needed, and participation is entirely voluntary.
