About this Event

Making money guidance truly accessible means recognising the barriers people face and adapting how support is delivered. In this session, we’ll explore how using clear, straightforward language and inclusive approaches can help more people access the guidance they need.

We’ll be joined by speakers from the Digital Poverty Alliance, Money and Pension Service and NeFirst Credit Union, alongside guest contributors sharing practical insights from their work.

What will be covered at this event:

  • Digital Exclusion & Accessibility
Tackling digital exclusion by addressing barriers faced by vulnerable groups and improving website and service accessibility.
  • Inclusive Banking & Community Finance
Promoting accessible banking through credit unions, community‑based approaches, maintaining access to cash, and ensuring a balance between digital and non‑digital financial services.
  • Clear Communication & Pensions Accessibility
