Denim jacket design and painting
About this Event
Join us in a fabulous two day creative workshop where fine art meets fashion!!
During the workshop you will recreate an image of your choice onto a denim jacket with the support of creative professionals, we will begin the day by selecting an image you wish to reference and sketching this onto denim fabric, exploring drawing fundamentals and proportions along the way. Once our drawing stage is complete, we will begin layering the foundations of our artwork and preparing the fabric for medium application and then comes the fun bit... bringing the artworks to life through colour, shape and technique.
We provie all materials inclusive of, a denim jacket. Please note that styles vary depending upon availability of sourcing materials, if you wish you can bring along one you have personally selected to add your design to.
Studio dates - this course runs over the following two days
Tuesday 4th August - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Tuesday 11th August - 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Upon booking, please send us an email with your reference number and any sizing requirements so we may source jackets as soon as possible.
Suitable from 6+ inclusive of adults spaces, please note that there will be a dedicated space for chidren and adults to work separately. All studio staff are first aid trained and have enhanced DBS checks.
If you would like, you are more than welcome to bring refreshments on the day of snacks and drinks.
