Parenting or accompanying a neurodiverse child can be deeply rewarding—and, at times, challenging.

Many of us find ourselves wondering how to better support our children with ADHD or Autism without losing our cool.

Join us for a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming experience where we’ll explore what might be going on beneath behaviours—and how to respond in ways that build trust, reduce daily friction, and strengthen your relationship over time.

This isn’t about fixing your child. There is nothing to fix. It’s about understanding them—and feeling more confident in how you show up as their parent.

In this workshop, you’ll gain:

A clearer understanding of ADHD & Autism, what they are and what they aren’t
Simple ways to respond that support connection
Perspective shifts that could ease stress and bring more calm into daily life
The reassurance of being in a space where your experience is understood

You’ll also have the chance to connect with other adults who are walking a similar path—because you were never meant to do this alone.
