Taking place at the brand new Optimum Padel, Leeds, this event brings together industry professionals, apprentices, and students to explore how we can build healthier, more supportive working cultures.

This session focuses on the real challenges faced across construction, from workplace pressures and long hours to stigma around speaking up. Attendees will hear lived experiences, learn about support pathways, and gain tools to foster wellbeing in their teams and future careers.
