We’re back—with a fresh round of classes designed for bodies that crave softness and strength at the same time.
Soft Strength is a strength-building flow where:
- Yoga is used to gently open the tension in your body
- The classical Pilates mat series builds deep, intelligent strength from your core out
- Strength meets you exactly where you are—no pressure, no shame, just honest, steady progress
We start slowly, with soft, traditional yoga to release tight hips, shoulders, and low back so your body feels open, warm, and safe. From there, we layer in classical Pilates exercises in a way that feels approachable but effective—expect a soft burn, longer lines, and a quieter mind by the end.
This is for you if you want to:

- Feel more connected to your core, posture, and breath
