About this Event

Join Lailah Dunbar-Keeys, M.S., M.Ed., for a monthly, transformative in-person experience, Sacred Womanism: Healing Circles for Holistic Wellness. Lailah will engage women in curated discussions rooted in scripture, African proverbs, and the contributions of Black American culture, history, and philosophy. Each session will include affirmative prayer, guided meditation, sacred visioning, and reflective journaling. Each month, guest practitioners will offer a diverse range of modalities, including yoga, Reiki, sound healing, belly dancing, and other wellness practices. Potential topics include self-love, divine femininity, radical self-awareness, internalized oppression, colorism, sacred relationships, and collective liberation, among others.
