This Budokon-inspired Vinyasa flow is a great choice for beginner to intermediate levels or those looking for increasing their general strength, stamina and agility through series of controlled movements. It is performed at a slower pace, with a hint of martial arts. The sequences are intelligently designed to improve joint mobility, flexibility and provide focus and clarity.
Taking place at the National Marine Aquarium, in front of our Eddystone Reef exhibit, offering the opportunity to relax and feel the wellbeing benefits of the Ocean.
