FIRST COURSE

Chicken roulade stuffed with mushrooms, medjool dates and sage on a bed of mornay sauce

Paired with Bruichladdich 18 Year

SECOND COURSE

Sesame-crusted pacifico bass on a bed of tahini sauce, roasted brussels sprouts, topped with micro arugula

Smoked beef short ribs on a bed of creamy cheddar grits with a blueberry compote and mini blooming onion
