If you've attended a previous Broga class or have some familiarity with yoga, this session is designed to help you build on the fundamentals and continue improving your strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.

This class will move at a slightly faster pace than our introductory session and will introduce additional poses, movement patterns, and flow sequences while still remaining accessible and supportive.

Led by Kevin Krause and Dr. Turnpaugh, this workshop is ideal for men who are ready to continue developing confidence in their practice and experience the benefits of consistent movement.

In This Class You'll Learn:

• More advanced mobility and flexibility techniques
• Strength-building yoga movements
• Improved balance and stability exercises
• Breathing and recovery strategies
• Ways to incorporate yoga into your regular wellness routine

Who Should Attend?

• Men age 45+ who have attended at least one previous Broga class or
• Individuals with prior yoga experience
• Participants looking to continue progressing beyond the basics

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat (optional; mats are available)
