Join Claudine and Karrie, two of our functional nutrition coaches, for a hands-on cooking experience that brings bold, vibrant Mexican-inspired flavor back into an anti-inflammatory lifestyle.
This is not bland “healthy food.”
It’s crave-worthy, satisfying cooking that proves eating to support your health can still be exciting, comforting, and full of flavor.
In this interactive live cooking demo, you’ll learn how to build (and get to taste!) delicious Mexican-inspired meals using fresh, whole-food ingredients, simple swaps, and traditional techniques that support an anti-inflammatory way of eating.
Whether you are avoiding nightshades, beans, dairy, grains, or simply focusing on eating in a way that supports your health, this class will give you practical ideas, new recipes, and plenty of inspiration.
In this class, you’ll learn how to:

- Use simple swaps that still taste incredible
