Breathwork and Meditation Circle

Experience the magic of conscious connected breathing at our Breathwork and Meditation Workshop.

When we come together to breathe, we cultivate a deep sense of connection as the energy in the space amplifies our Breathwork journey. This creates a space for profound healing and self awareness.

During the two and a half hour workshop I lead;

✅ a guided meditation OR shamanic journey

✅ technique demonstrations and discussion

✅ up to an hour and a half of guided breathwork

✅ a safe space for questions and emotional exploration

Breathwork offers;

✅ Stress reduction & emotional regulation

✅ Releases held trauma

✅ Deeper self-awareness

✅ Spiritual growth

Breathwork and meditation workshops are limited to 4 participants providing detailed attention and care.

Cost: $80 per ticket. Everything you need is provided; just come with an open mind and wear comfy clothes. After your ticket purchase you will receive an email with details of the workshop including information about Breathwork what to wear and bring etc.
