Settle into the rhythm of summer with this grounding heart-opening class — now offered with silent disco headphones to enhance your experience and help you tune into your breath your body and the soothing sounds of the ocean.
Class is held on Savannah Beach in Lewes (Beach #1 straight down from the Dairy Queen at the end of Savannah Rd).
Look for us on the left side of the beach as you walk out.
We'll begin with breathwork to clear the mind flow through gentle intentional movement to awaken the body and wrap up with time for journaling and quiet reflection. It's the perfect pause for your soul — a chance to connect with yourself nature and the present moment.
Bring your own beach towel or mat a journal and pen water and sunscreen.
