This special class blends the gentle floor-based stretches of Yin Yoga with the deeply calming experience of a live sound bath. As you relax into long-held poses supported by props the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and healing instruments will surround you—helping your body release tension and your mind soften into peace.
No need to push or strain. Poses are held for 2–5 minutes with lots of support giving your joints and connective tissue time to gently unwind.
