All modules take place at Qigongsenteret Grønlandsleiret 14 Oslo.

If you do not live in Oslo and feel it is too much (although highly recommended) to travel to all gatherings weekend 3 can be taken via Zoom.

Breathing Educator E-RYT500h Yoga Teacher YACEP Somatic Coach

Sanni is the main educator of the breath coach training. She is experienced breath coach yoga teacher and somatic coach coming from Finland. In her coaching work Sanni focuses on nervous system health breath and respecting the wisdom of the body. In addition Sanni is especially interested in neuroscience mind-body connection and body's natural healing processes. Her big passion is to explore the convergences of latest research and ancient wisdom.
