Breath & Sound PLUS with Chahé & special guests~
2 & 1/2 hours of Breath, Balance & Bliss
This transformative journey that combines the healing power of breath, movement, sound, touch, and intention. Led by Chahé Soderholm, with special guests on different months, this unique event is designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit, and awaken your inner wisdom and vitality.

During this 2 1/2 hour experience, you will be guided through a series of conscious breathwork exercises that will help you release tension, clear your mind, and cultivate inner peace and clarity. You will also receive energywork and participate in somatic bodywork, two powerful techniques that promote relaxation, healing, and self-awareness.
To enhance your sensory experience, we will use essential oils that support relaxation, clarity, and emotional balance. You will also be guided through a meditation that will help you deepen your connection with yourself and the present moment.
To complete the journey, we will use the healing power of sound to balance your energy and promote inner harmony. You will be immersed in a soundscape of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments that will help you release blockages and access deeper levels of consciousness.
This event is open to anyone who wants to explore the power of breath, movement, sound, and touch for healing, relaxation, and self-awareness. No prior experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and empowered.
