This is an immersive session in authentic Ćakra Knowledge, deeply rooted in traditional Yogic & Ayurvedic principles. All Sanskrit terms explained.
During hands-on segment, we'll utilize pendulum techniques to assess energy flow.
While previous experience with a pendulum isn't necessary, it can be beneficial. Feel free to bring your own pendulum to class if you have one.
