Start you and your baby's day off with movement, community, and fun!
Join us for a special Mom & Baby Barre Class at NorthernStar, led by the amazing Bara Haban! This free event is the perfect opportunity to move, connect, and feel supported alongside other moms all while strengthening your body with your baby by your side.
Designed for prenatal and postpartum bodies, this low-impact barre class helps rebuild core strength, improve posture, and boost energy in a welcoming and supportive environment.
No barre experience required. We have large yoga mats here at NorthernStar.
Infants are encouraged to join, though we kindly ask that walking children not attend.
Tea, coffee, and snacks will be provided for a great morning out in the community!
