Michelle Petersen from Joyful Roots Yoga will be offering summertime drop-in classes through July! All yoga classes are accessible with both chair and mat options available. We will be located in Upper Hall.Monday's 10:00am - 11:00am July 6, 13, 20, & 27Begin your week feeling energized and grounded! These classes will focus on strength, balance and coordination.Wednesday's 7:00pm - 8:00pmJuly 8, 15, 22Slow down and breathe. These evening classes will allow participants to turn their focus inward, and move through slow and gentle yoga poses.
