AltaVita Memory Care Centre invites you to join us for our annual bowling fundraiser in support of the "Walk to End Alzheimer". The walk raises money for Alzheimer's research and supports families and individuals living with Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia.
We are currently seeking community Partners willing to donate items to make the event a Success. Donations cand include:
Gift Baskets
Gift cards and certificates
sponsoring a team
donations of all kinds
personal donations
