In this workshop:
In this workshop, you will explore the vital connection between your personal values and the boundaries you set in your life. This interactive session will guide you through an insightful values exploration exercise, helping you identify what truly matters to you. From there, we’ll shift into a creative vision board activity, where you’ll visually reflect on these values and how they influence the boundaries you need to live a fulfilling life and nurture healthy relationships. We’ll also take a deep dive into understanding what boundaries are, why they’re essential, and how to set them effectively. By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with a clearer sense of purpose, stronger boundaries, and actionable steps to align your values with your everyday interactions. Join us to reconnect with what truly matters and build a life full of healthy, fulfilling connections.
