Weekly Adult Saturday Sunrise Yoga 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM in person. This class is provided by Katrice Nelson Wellness . It is primarily a vinyasa style , meditative class that also includes a short segment of upbeat movement. It is great for the beginner or experienced yogi. Donation Your donations help to fund classes and provide space for those who need it the most. Thank you in advance for your donations.
