Sensual Zen: Movement and Yoga Therapy
Movement Therapy is a great way to spark or re-spark the connection between your mind and body. This type of therapy is ideal for individuals who are expressive or have trouble expressing what they keep inside. It supports your body’s emotional, intellectual, and motor functions.
Sensual Zen is specifically designed to help individuals find empowerment and freedom within themselves. This class will support you if:
You’re ready to take a step in becoming more confident in your skin
You’re ready to reclaim ownership of your body and emotions after experiencing physical or sexual trauma
You want to tap into your innate sensual energy

Your instructor, Danielle Branche-Brown, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher, will guide and support you on your path of exploration. This class is open to individuals of all movement/yoga levels, genders, and geographical locations.
