The Other Book Club, an LGBTQ+ run book club, will be running a discussion between "Heated Rivalry" by Rachel Reid and the HBO series.
About this Event

We’re pleased to announce our June Social Event, "Book vs Screen: The Heated Rivalry Edition", which will be held on Sunday, 7th June 2026 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm!
Join us as we go fully into a debate style discussion for the first time and find out how the novel by Rachel Reid compares to the HBO series by Crave. Get excited over your favourite men in this year's hottest series and maybe yourself a 'heated rival' during our socialising session (over potluck)!

12:30pm - 1:00pm: Registration
1:00pm - 2:45pm: Book vs Screen Debate Session
2:45pm - 4:00pm: Socialising Session
The Other Book Club is an LGBTQ-run club that hopes to create a haven to gather and discuss queer content safely and freely.
Please note that this session is free. As space is limited, we highly recommend that you register only if you are able to confirm your attendance.
