Body as Cosmos is an immersive group experience exploring the body as an instrument, portal, and living cosmos. Through meditation, movement, breath, live music, voice activation, sound exploration, and contemplative practices, participants are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves, one another, and the living world.

Rather than performing, we practice transmission — learning how breath, vibration, and awareness move through ourselves and the field between us. No previous experience is necessary.

Galactic Language Activation & Soul Song

Passed down from Tian Gong's Grand Master Li-Tian, Galactic Language Activation opens the voice as universal light language for multidimensional communication — a field of exchange with the subtle energy bodies. Alongside it, AshEL transmits a channeled “Soul Song” attuned to each participant's deepest soul needs. Participants may experience soul cleansing, past-life regression, and openings of channeling abilities

AshEL SeaSunZ Eldridge, is a PhD Candidate in Performance Studies at UC Berkeley. He has been working internationally as a musician, healer, educator, and community leader for 20+ years.
