**STUDENT MUST EMAIL OR BRING PRINTED COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM ONLINE CLASS.**

COURSE COMPLETION CARD:

E-cards/E-certificates will be emailed same/next day (1-2 days) after class end. Please allow consideration for weekends and holidays. By request, a letter of proof of completion, can be supplied in lieu of receiving E-card.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Due to the abbreviated nature of the class, students must be on time. Those arriving late, forfeit their spot and will not be issued a refund.

NOTE: No refunds, however, funds can be transferred to a future course that takes place in the next 30 days of original class date (if available) $20.00 charge, for day before/day-of cancellations and no-show reschedules. Tickets can be transferred to someone else before/in time for class date. Safety Side Up must receive advance notification of plan to transfer ticket.
